The Harris County Tax Office is open for in-person appointments in the Automobile Services and Property Tax Departments.
Automobile Services appointments are available for residents with extenuating circumstances by request at autotdmv@hctx.net.

The Property Tax Department is open for in-office appointments. Property owners may request an appointment by sending an email to tax.office@hctx.net.

Download Voter Precinct Data

You can search the voter database by precinct number and download the results. The downloaded file will return certificate number, voter status, precinct number, effective date, voter name, address and city/state/zip. The file will be saved as a CSV file, which can be imported into Microsoft Excel or Access.
