Pay Your Property Taxes Online by Credit/Debit Cards or
e-Check
On-line property tax payment transactions must be completed
by February 1, 2010, 11:59 P.M. Central Standard Time
to avoid penalty and interest charges.
The Tax Office accepts full or partial payment of property taxes online. Property taxpayers may also use any combination of credit/debit cards and/or e-Checks for payment.
To pay by credit card, taxpayers should have the following information available for seamless service online:
- Your property tax account number (To obtain the property tax account number, you may search by name or property address through the property tax database.)
- Credit card number (We accept American Express, Discover,
MasterCard, and Visa credit/debit cards.
A non-refundable surcharge of 2.15% will be added to each credit card
payment transaction processed online. Master Card debit cards also have a 2.15% non-refundable surcharge.
* Visa debit cards only will be charged a flat fee of $3.95, per Visa requirements.
To pay by e-Check,taxpayers should have the following information available for seamless service
online:
- Your property tax account number (To obtain the property tax account number, you may search by name or property address through the property tax database.)
- The payment amount
- Your telephone number
- Your bank’s ABA routing number
- Your checking account number
- Your check number
There is a $30 administrative charge for
e-Check payments dishonored by your financial institution.
