Last Day to Register for November 2017 Election
Houston, TX – Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector & Voter Registrar Ann Harris Bennett reminds citizens that Tuesday, October 10, 2017 is the last day to register to vote to be eligible to participate in the November 7, 2017 Election.
“Every election is important, “said Ms. Bennett. “I want to ensure everyone has a voice. So I urge everyone to double-check their voter registration.”
Citizens can register to vote at any Harris County Tax Office branch location or with any Volunteer Deputy Voter Registrar. You may also print, sign, and mail a form into the Voter Registrar. Voters who have recently moved or changed addresses need to update their registration to remain eligible to vote.
