Obtain the Request for Written Statement:
This
online program will allow you to create a user account for yourself, enter the account numbers for your properties, and print the Request for
Written Statement form. Before you begin, it would be advantageous to have all of the Harris County tax account numbers for your currently owned properties, and, if applicable, previously owned properties, available for input into
the system. (A link is provided to our web site if you need to research an account by name or address.) By inputting all of these account numbers into
your "portfolio" of properties, you will not need to physically list these same properties on your request form. These properties will automatically display
on your request form for you when you print.
Please include all property located within Harris County, including property in any school district or city that is only partially located within Harris County.
For a bidder who needs to register, please go to STEP ONE .
If you are already registered but need to access your account information, please login here.
NOTE: Please do not create multiple user accounts for the same individual or company. If you discover that you made an error entering your contact information, you will have an opportunity later to make changes from a link on your portfolio page. Creating
another account will delay the processing of your request form.
Download the Request for Written Statement form and manually complete it.
Please print this form, and complete all blanks. Please remember to have your Request for Written Statement form notarized before you send it to our office. There is a
$10 service fee for preparation of the Statement of Taxes due with your request. Please make sure you enclose your $10 payment with your request form, as your request will not be
proceseed until the fee is paid. Make your check payable to Leo Vasquez, TAC.
