The Harris County Tax Office Portfolio Manager allows you to create a "portfolio" of property tax accounts. Your portfolio will consist of a table of account numbers and pertinent tax information, including property owner, property description, current tax due, current tax paid, delinquent taxes due (if any), and any overages. You will be able to add as many property tax accounts to your portfolio as you wish, but no more than 100 accounts at one time. You can also delete any accounts from your portfolio, as well.

Create a New Portfolio

To begin building your portfolio, you will enter your name, e-mail address, and a PIN ("portfolio identification number") of your choice in the boxes below. Please remember your e-mail address and PIN, as they are necessary to view your portfolio the next time you visit this page. Please also note that your PIN is NOT intended to be a password. It merely serves as an identifier, along with your e-mail address, that will allow you to access your portfolio to add and/or delete accounts.

To access your portfolio each time you visit this page, enter your e-mail address and your PIN in their respective boxes below, and submit. The portfolio will then open, showing the status of the accounts the way they existed the last time you viewed the portfolio.
